To help with the collection of Identity Documents (IDs), the Thusong Mobile Programme in the Overstrand Municipality will provide FREE TRANSPORT to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) offices in Caledon.
“Community members who applied for IDs during a previous Thusong Mobile Outreach project, and those who registered their names on the day of the Outreach and have no means to go back to DHA offices (either to collect or apply for IDs) are welcome to make use of this opportunity,” said spokesperson, Riana Steenekamp.
Caledon buses schedule
She said that buses leave on Monday, 21 January 2019 until Friday, 25 January 2019 from 08:00.
Transport is available at the following community halls:
• Moffat Hall, Mount Pleasant
• Zwehlihle Community Hall
• Thusong Centre Hawston.
